Your group tango lessons will be conducted by highly reputed Argentine Tango maestros, each with their own pedagogy and style, providing a deeper insight into the complexity of tango.
Our selected Tango teachers speak English, but, if necessary, we can simultaneously translate to French or Finnish, guaranteeing that you are never out of step.
Natalia Ochoa
Natalia Ochoa was born and grew up in Buenos Aires. Daughter of tango teacher Carlos Ochoa, she started dancing Tango at the very young age of five. During the past two years she has been teaching and performing in Italy and is the Director of LA GARDEL a tango school, located in the heart of Rome. She is also the organizer of Rome Tango Festival.
David Palo
David Palo is a dancer and actor. His performance credits include being Principal Dancer of Tramatango, Sebastian Tango, Inspiration Tango, and Pasión Tango. David ’s dance partnership include Milena Plebs, Alejandra Gutty and the past years Johana Copes. He’s also the Art Director of Tango in Bali, and will organize for the first time this coming December Bali’s Tangocamp.

Since we’re in Istria, one of Croatia's 4 main wine regions, we can't skip tasting some of the fine wines region has to offer. We will also take a tour of the cellar beneath the hotel, and discover how each of its four levels is dedicated to a certain part of the winemaking process – vinification and maceration, ageing, and archiving. We’ll indulge in tasting a selection of 5 ROXANICH wines paired with finger foods in the tasting room.

You’ll get plenty of personalized attention and the chance to ask questions while visiting highlights such as the Stone Gate, the Zagreb Cathedral, and the local markets and squares.

Mediterranean Summer Tango Festival Fees
Extra nights in hotels
Croatia Tango Holiday includes 5 night in hotels in the following places: Ljubljana, Zagreb, Rovinj, Grožnjan, and Motovun. Accommodation during the duration of the festival is not included in the price of the package. We advise you to make your arrangements as soon as possible in order to benefit from the best deals.
Cancelation Policy
If your Croatia Tango Holiday package does not proceed due to a lack of sufficient registrants, all monies paid by you will be refunded in full.
If you decide to cancel your stay, please inform us in writing. The money will be refunded, less the cancellation fee per person (equivalent to 100 USD per person):
- More than 4 weeks prior to departure the full deposit is refundable (minus 100 USD cancellation fee)
- Less than 4 weeks before departure 50% of the deposit is refundable + remaining balance.
- Less than 2 weeks before departure 35% of the deposit is refundable + remaining balance .
- Less than 14 days prior to departure, no refund will apply on the deposit but remaining balance will be refunded.
